What is coaching like?My personal experience (being coached) was a life changing one, as I began to realize that there was so much more within me. I evaluated what I wanted to do for ‘ME’ and began to realize how my life affected the people around me. Coaching helped me become more accountable and focused to take Manageable Steps-Forward to Achieving My Goals. Coaching also gave me the Confidence to Step Out and Stand for what I Believed In, and reignited the passions in my life, that remained dormant before. In a nutshell, Coaching opens up a window of opportunity to be Unafraid to "Live Out" your Dreams. What is coaching not?Coaching is not therapy, counseling or psychology. Coaching focuses on your Strengths not Weakness and the Future not the Past. Coaching is a commitment to forward thinking and forward actions, and should not be mistaken for therapeutic intervention. What you can expect from me?As your coach, I will listen, ask Powerful Questions, help you create New Perspective and Offer Insight. I will also help you develop a specific action plan, stay on track, create tools for success, encourage & empower you to achieve your dreams and help unlock the greatness within you. The DREAM VISION Coaching SystemThe coaching period usually goes for 12 sessions using the DREAM VISION Coaching System. Why 12 sessions? Clients generally need time to adjust and feel comfortable in taking the steps towards where they want to be. Within this period, Clients will see achievement of greater results and overcome greater obstacles, challenges and habits. Shorter periods (4 or 8 sessions) are also accepted, to suit the preference of some Clients.
